  • Nope! The film is free to watch. Pre-orders simply give you access to extras—like Lumi’s sticker sheet, her first journal entry card, and early seasonal surprises.

  • Yes. Each season unlocks a new Keeper and chapter in Lumi’s journey, along with limited seasonal drops (sweatshirt, stickers etc.) to bring the story to life.

  • When you place a pre-order, you’re reserving your Calm ahead of time. Each seasonal launch has an open and close window, and once the window closes, production begins. Orders will ship as soon as collection is ready.

  • Since The Cozy Fable Co. created products in small seasonal batches, shipping may take longer than big-box stores. Generally, expect 2-4 weeks after pre-order window closes. We’ll always keep you updated via email.

  • Pre-orders can be adjusted or canceled during the open launch window. Once the window closes, the production journey begins, and changes can no longer be made.

  • For now, we ship within the U.S. only. We’re exploring international shipping for future launches — sign up for the newsletter to be the first to know.
